I have expertise in strategy development and execution to create transformation.  I navigate complex government and corporate environments to gain buy-in.  A highly skilled program manager, I deliver high quality public policy and programs, customer experience enhancement, leveraging co-design with business partners and navigating a balanced approach to regulatory compliance and innovative solutions.

I have held key senior managerial roles at several organisations, including at Transport for NSW (TfNSW), NSW Department of Industry, and NRMA Ltd.

I hold a PhD in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Sydney, and I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  A lifetime learner, I am currently studying postgraduate Criminology at the University of Sydney Law School.
